Durée audio incorrecte avec ffmpeg

J'ai essayé de convertir un fichier m4a en mp3 avec ffmpeg, avec la commande la plus simple suivante:

ffmpeg -i in.m4a out.mp3

Après la conversion, la durée semble étrange. Le m4a original était 4:06. Mais pour le nouveau mp3, OS X Finder et Google Play rapport 09:24, tandis que iTunes continue de signaler les 4:06 corrects.

Je pense que j'ai déjà rencontré ce problème plusieurs fois auparavant. Pourquoi est-ce? Une correction?

Selon le n ° 2697: la durée de sortie MP3 est incorrecte dans OS X , l'option -write_xing 0 résout le problème.
